Refund policy

Because all of our prints are made to order, we are not able to offer returns, refunds, or order cancellations.  However, if your order arrives damaged, or with any defects, we will be more than happy to work with you on replacing your item.  See below for more information on damages.

Damages and issues

We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact. However, things do happen from time to time.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must contact Storyline Prints of any damages or defects within 14 days of receiving the product in order to qualify for return or replacement.  Please document any issues with photos, as they may be needed to verify the problem and get you a replacement.
