For Digital Downloads: An email with a link to download your print(s) will be sent within a few minutes of your purchase! If you haven’t seen it, check your spam folder. Still not there? Shoot our customer care team an email at info@storylineprints.com and we’ll confirm the email address associated with your order and get the files to you ASAP!
For Physical Prints: If your order says that it has shipped, and the tracking status says “Accepted” then your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way- but it is awaiting a status update. Please reach out to us if nothing changes within 7 days and we can assist you with the next steps.

All of our orders are set to print next business day- they generally leave our printer within two days of order.

Once your order leaves the printer, it should arrive within 5-7 business days. In some cases, remote locations may be subject to a slightly longer shipping time.
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

All of our pieces are painstakingly packaged to ensure a great delivery and unpacking experience. Our rolled prints (Unframed Archival Matte Paper and Oversized Canvas) are shipped in a solid cardboard tube. All other prints are well packed using a cardboard bracing system that keeps them in great condition to your door.
*We suggest opening your rolled print as soon as it is received and placing it flat under a smooth, heavy object for 24 hours before mounting.

We are pleased to be able to offer free shipping on all of our products, no minimum!

What is Your Return Policy?
Since everything is made to order, and we work to serve our customers as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed we are unable to adjust your order. This means that we are unable to edit, change, or remove any of the prints in your order.
Due to the custom nature of our process, we are also unable to accept returns. However, if a product arrives damaged or flawed we are happy to help you take care of it- see below in the "what happens if my order arrives damaged" section for how to proceed with a damaged order.

Please let us know of any shipping or print damage within 15 days of receiving a damaged item, with pictures and descriptions of the damage. We will help direct you to the proper channels for filing claims in order to get a replacement print or refund. We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact, but if damage does occur we will make it right.

We currently ship only to customers in the United States. We will be sure to alert our customers if and when that changes. In the meantime, we hope that our digital downloads can still be a great option for our anyone in other parts of the world!

How Do I Care For My Print?
How Do I Care For My Print?
Keeping your art pieces in the right environment will maximize their life.
Direct sunlight may cause the colors to fade prematurely.
Pollutants such as smoke will also negatively impact the lifespan of the media.
Excess humidity may cause molding. Extreme low humidity may cause the wood stretcher frame to shrink which may cause the stretch to be less tight and result in sagging. This effect is temporary and will go away once it returns to a normal humidity range.

After you complete the purchase for your digital download, you'll get an email that contains a button to download your item. Each digital download purchase comes with a link to a Google Drive folder that contains the image in each of the following ratios:
- 2:3
- 3:4
- 4:5
- ISO Ratio
Each Google Drive folder also contains our Printing Roadmap and Size Chart- to make sure you have all of the info you need for a successful print!
