Art is often considered the finishing touch. For us, it’s the defining touch.
Not to be too dramatic, but it can really make or break a space. We’d argue it’s *as* important as selecting the right size rug for each room. Or making sure a property for eight actually has the proper furniture layout to fit eight (because no, a closet futon doesn’t count).
Too many rental properties treat art as an afterthought. It’s likely because high-quality, affordable art that comes in a variety of sizes, styles, and materials, all for an affordable price point has been pretty hard to come by. As rental property designers and hosts ourselves, we’ve spent countless hours searching for the perfect art pieces.
Regardless of the reason, we hate to see it. We want you to have art that’s worthy of your property and the story it tells.
