For Digital Downloads: An email with a link to download your print(s) will be sent within a few minutes of your purchase! If you haven’t seen it, check your spam folder. Still not there? Shoot our customer care team an email at support@storylineprints.com and we’ll confirm the email address associated with your order and get the files to you ASAP!
For Physical Prints: If the tracking status says “Accepted” then your order has been handed over to the mail carrier and is on its way but it is awaiting a status update. Please reach out to us if nothing changes within 10 days and we can assist you with the next steps.

For unframed prints, the vast majority of orders leave our printing partner in California within 3-5 business days of purchase. Occasionally, a print may be further delayed due to backorder, high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances. We will alert you if it appears that your order will be substantially delayed. In any case, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

After the print is ready to ship, the shipping time will be based on your location. Please see the map below for approximate shipping times. Once your order is placed, you'll get an email and updates with more information on tracking.

We have two ways of packing our paper prints. Any size from 8×10 and below are mailed inside cardboard stay flat envelopes, while any print larger than that will be shipped rolled inside kraft mailing tubes. We suggest opening your rolled print as soon as it is received and placing it flat under a smooth, heavy object for 24 hours before mounting.

Unfortunately, since every piece is made to order, and we work to serve our customers as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed, we are unable to adjust your order to edit, change, or remove any of the prints in your order.

Please let us know of any shipping or print damage within 15 days of receiving a damaged item, with pictures and descriptions of the damage. We will help direct you to the proper channels for filing claims in order to get a replacement print or refund. We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

We currently ship only to customers in the United States. We will be sure to alert our customers if and when that changes. In the meantime, we hope that our digital downloads can still be a great option for our customers in other parts of the world.

After you complete the purchase for your digital download, you'll get an email that contains a button to download your item. Each digital download purchase comes with a link to a Google Drive folder that contains the image in each of the following ratios:

Each Google Drive folder also contains our Printing Roadmap and Size Chart- to make sure you have all of the info you need for a successful print!

Keeping the prints in the right environment will maximize their life.
- Direct sunlight may cause the colors to fade prematurely.
- Pollutants such as smoke will also negatively impact the lifespan of the media.
- Excess humidity may cause molding. Extreme low humidity will cause the wood stretcher frame to shrink which may cause the stretch to be less tight and result in sagging. This effect is temporary and will go away once it returns to a normal humidity range.
- The lighting conditions also affect how the prints will be viewed. Our monitors and printers are calibrated to ambient light conditions of D50 (5000K daylight). Viewing under different light conditions may affect how the colors are perceived by your eyes. The archival eco-solvent inks are more sensitive to display color temperatures. If your prints will be displayed under warmer lighting conditions (yellow) we recommend you select the option for the archival pigment inks (with or without varnish) rather than the archival eco-solvent inks.

We offer a lifetime guarantee for quality and workmanship of our canvases. If there are any defects with the canvas, we will send you a replacement or a refund.
However, our quality guarantee cannot cover dissatisfaction based on low image quality due to a low resolution picture submitted.
If you would like to return the canvas for a refund, and there are no defects or workmanship issues with the canvas, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipment.
